Program: Morse
Requirements:
This program have been tested, and works on a standard A1200 2 MBytes Chip.
I have not tested it on any other type of amiga. The program was made on
Blitz2 V2.1. It uses the narrator.device, the morse.letters file in s: and
the morse.config file in s:.
What Morse Dose:
Morse is a program to help you learn morse code. It uses the joystick button
has the key-presser. It is possible to link a proper keyer to the joystick
port if you know what you are doing.
How To Use It:
The two main buttons are Start and Stop. They enable and disable the decode
stage. Don't mess with the number settings unless you know what they do.
The setting for the program are in the .config file in s:. The morse.letters
file stores the different codes for the letters. You could add new codes to
this file if you want. 3=long beep, 1=short beep.
About:
Morse-Code was built on a wet weekend. I build it to waste time. It can help
people to learn morse-code so they can see what they are saying.
The input selector that selects between the fire button and a sampler was put
in for future versions. THE SAMPLER INPUT DOSE NOT WORK FULLY. If you have
blitz basic and want to have a go at getting it to work you can try. The
idea was that it could take an input from a tape or radio.
I have tested Morse-Code but I do not take any responsibility if it dose
something to your computer.
